McLibel

kevin and i watched this movie last night. It was VERY interesting and i'm surprised i've never heard of it. Kevin explained it's the "American Way" to ensure we dont' get our mitts on this bit of info...

readers' digest: two people take on one of the largest, most gluttonous corporations on the planet. TWO PEOPLE! Really, an amazing story...

I have to see this.

Between this and SuperSizeMe, the Golden Arches are looking kind of tarnished these days.

The sad thing? McDonald’s is still wildly popular. Yeah, I don’t get it either.

Wow, this is so a must-see!! TK, i used to eat there too, almost every Saturday w/my grandpa, when i was a little girl. I would sleep at their apartment in Chicago and we would walk there for lunch. I wasn't a huge fan of their burgers but i loved the little onions and sweet ketchup on those soft white buns... (I did love Burger King - or shall i say Murder King - burgers though, that's another yucky story to think about.)

Dog darn it, it's so sick to me now... the things we did when we didn't know any better.

I knew about the lawsuit and I knew there was a book, but I didn't know there was now a movie! Excellent. I've said this many times before but I WILL NOT give that f**king company one more dime of my hard earned money. They are evil! Liars, cheaters, money grubbing pricks.
