it is like pilates, yoga and calisthenics all in one. it's to create a dancers body. let's just hope it doesnt' make me Jack BLACK dancer body.
I have some old metal thing just like that it was part of something else....you mean its that easy....I would love to drop 20 pounds and still maintain my 'dancers body'
