Word girl!!!! Sounds pretty much just like my schedule. Except for the "runnng" and kissing doggy. I thought life got better after 30????? Am I sadly mistaken????? Waaaaa :(
i say, turn off the tv and find something interesting that is going on in your city. there has got to be some sort of free or cheap thing going on somewhere. last weekend in portland there was a free movie shown outdoors in a square downtown, a fire performance, and a 5k walk on a dormant volcano to raise money for something . . . go live friend! live i say!
Portland is so way cooler than Sacrmento, Tabs...we used to have thursday night theater on a huge brick wall but fights and violence were so bad at thursday night market they cancelled it.
however, it's true - i should get out. but then again i'm pretty lazy and also guilty about leaving kody.
and i'm a good excuse maker.
he's here. not sure why he doesn't update his blog. i'll give him shit right now...
I hear you, my life has become painfully or comfortably (depending on how you look at it) predictable. I totally feel guilty about leaving my dog alone after I've been at work all day, even to go to the gym, because he has separation anxiety and my neighbors also suffer. Going out is over rated anyway I figure. If you stay in and drink at home you don't need a designated driver and your bed is only steps away. To change up the routine just invite various people over and you've got a house party. I should have more of those. Anyone want to come over for a few cocktails?
I'm alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Off for my lunch time run.
I be back later!
wow, I can't even tell you the last time I sat down for 10 minutes to watch even the news on tv... perhaps you could find things you can do with Kody. I walk my dog to my neighborhood coffee shops some nights when I have nothing else to do and have a cup of tea and read (actually people watch pretending to read).
anyway, you should definitely get the book!!
i love change; but am so afraid of it. and excited by it at the same time. but seeings how i've been working for the state for 12 years should tell you, im very comfortable (and unhappy) in my comfort zone. as are probably 50% here.
RG - i was JUST thinking that on the way back from the library. The library has SO MANY BOOKS that i shjoulnd't have time to watch tv but how could i incorporate learning so much and not falling asleep on the couch (which i tend to do when i read) then i thought i'll just take kody and my book out! so that's what im going to do.
how cool is blogging? It's inspiring me to make changes...
hooray!
are there places you can take kody like a park or on a hike and then sit and read for a while on a blanket in the sun?
that could be fun
i wish i had a dog
leaving work for the weekend! talk to you monday!
gee...you're so helpful. you forgot another task:
kick tim's ass upon arrival.
wait til we get promoted. and if not, we've got other ass to kick...
where is this bar you speak of ryan?
We have a very similar schedule, although I don't get as much sleep as you do, because I cram a lot of drinking into my schedule, usually between 9pm - midnight.
Why'd you ever stop?
What, with that schedule.
Mine is similar, but it has several time intervals reserved for masturbation.
