Shoes...

I got Kody's shoes yesterday...holy shit that was SO funny! I waited for Peng to bring his camcorder over so we could have a chance of winning 5,000$ and i think we do have a chance.

i read a really good book over the weekend called Rich Dad, Poor Dad. i'm motivated now to become financially independent.

if i could win the lottery, it would be a lot easier...

I don't think so. but he does buy under-valued real estate and sells them at thier market value later.

i just saw an infomercial on him at the laundry mat and it seemed sleazy . . . but i never read the book so i shouldn't jump to conclusions. i worked in real estate once and the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. i will try to be more open minded.

really??? well these people who are rich, are rich becuase they make money off of wahtever they can. and if he has an infomercial then that's just one more way to make money.

but his book really helped me change my thinking financially. like now i dont' think i'll buy a new car until i have at least half the money for it. (unless of course my car dies and it costs 5000 to fix it) and also just to take charge of my finances otherwise i'll be broke in my retirement.

we got this retirement thing all wrong anyway. you should retire at 25 to 50 and then work from 50 til you die.

totally! we should retire while we still have the energy and stamina to enjoy it!

i wanna travel without having to remember my arthritis medication. and party before i can't stay awake long enough to do so . . . what am i talking about? i can't stay awake now.
