lunch
i had lunch at a little family-owned mexican restaurant where they had all their little rugrats running around. literally. one was even on a scooter! in the restaurant! they were screaming, laughing, slamming the table; completely oblivious to people who were patronizing this restaurant for just a simple relaxing lunch.
Probably why i never wanted children - i'm highly intolerant of kid noise.
so lunch was unnerving, too fattening and now i'm gassy...

Children are alright, couldn't eat a whole one though!
last week, i went to target to get a gift for one of the many weddings i've attended this summer and there were literally children in EVERY AISLE screaming, crying, running, playing with breakable stuff, yelling . . . oh god.
this one mom was even fighting with her kid about "why don't you ever buy me nothing mom?" "because we don't have any money! c'mon we'ere leaving." "(laughing) no! hah hah! (running away)" "fine. i'm leaving you here. goodbye." "(screaming) NOOO!!!! WAAAHHHH!!"
geesh.
yes...but if they were my children it probably wouldn't grate on my nerves as much...
but that's not for certain...
Children are OK in small doses. But kids in stores and generally making asses of themselves in public I have no patience for.
well i understand kids are noisy but if I owned the restaurant and my kids were misbehaving, they wouldn't be doing ti for long!
