Oktoberfest
it was this past friday. it's the one event where all the germans pour of out the sacramento woodwork and convene in one place - to get hammered, dance & eat. Which i do all 3 well. it was only when i started eating off of other peoples plate we had to leave.
Saturday morning, Kevin took Kody for a walk so he could a.) get Kody out while mummy sleeps and b.) get his coffee.
When he got back to my house, he realized he forgot his key so he had to ring the doorbell. Kody hears the door bell and barks. Not realizing it's HIM who's here...sometimes he's not very bright...

This past friday in Grand Rapids, MI it was Pulaski Days! Nearly every Polish hall in town (about 20!) opens to the public. They sell food, drinks, and have live polka music at their clubs from Friday noon til Sunday night at 6pm. The great weather got them a mob for this! They had shuttle buses if you wanted to pub crawl. Tales of running out of beer, food, and girls misbehaving were all over the west side of town by Monday! You'd fit right in here!
Our dog will always bark and run to the door when we say to her "What was that?"

hahahaha. sweet kody. that sounds like something i'd do after dancing, eating and drinking.

We're going to take advantage of Halloween as a "no going crazy when the door bell rings" training opportunity. There will be biscuits involved. And possibly a dog costume, can't say for sure.
awesome! no one comes to our door (because we don't know anyone) or rings the bell . . . so i am not sure what Hudson would do . . .

God I love that Kody! Kind of reminds me of my dog Nadine when she passes gas and then gives her own ass a dirty look....
