OH!! Kody scared me! I came here looking for photos of naked tomcats, not dogs.

How about a belly rub now that I'm here?

MEOW!!!

Disturbing, but correct. Makes one wonder what inspires automobile designers.

Well at least I can see what your up to here. So which Real Estate office did you join? You are very brave in this downslide of a market. Best of luck. Just think you can take your son on appointments with you.

That's Kevin for yah. I wonder what kind of car you resemble is his mind?

Since you are going to venture on the Real Estate path, update your look. Invest in a fabulous suit or 2 and prepare to invest $500 a month minimum in advertising.
Get a fresh youthful haircut.Get a mentor, someone who is willing to show you everything and not charge you. Be very careful on not wasting $$ on seminars. They all are pretty much the same "success story" agendas. These seminars are a waste of money and time. Some of the best classes are offered through the Sac association of Realtors. Inexpensive. Find out which classes are certified that will be credited towards your 4 year renewal. Save your certificates you will need them when it is time to renew. Be prepared for everyone to tell you that " my friend is a Realtor, my sister, my brother, my next door neighbor,my aunt.. you get the picture. To succeed in this market you will need to invest at least 50 hours or more a week. This is why Real Estate is taking a back seat for me as being Mom is 1st. You on the other have the time. So go for it! Escrow can be very stressful so whatever you do, remain calm in the face of your clients. You can freak out here on your blog and trust me, you'll freak out. Learn your contracts and disclosures inside and out. There is nothing easy about this career path. But what I found rewarding about Real Estate was the satisfaction of doing a great job and helping people achieve their goals. You can do anything as long as your heart is in it. Have a purpose and ask yourself how am I going to benefit and will I be a benefit to others in this field?

Best wishes.
